Adolph Robert Thornton Jr., widely known by his stage name Young Dolph, was a rapper from the United States. Young Dolph is well known for his album, ‘King of Memphis.’ Moreover, Before being shot and killed in Tennessee, he had seven studio albums and several mixtapes released.

Death

In 2017, Young was the intended victim of a shooting in Charlotte, North Carolina. Due to his bulletproof SUV, he avoided any serious injuries despite being hit by almost 100 bullets.

Both Dolph and rapper Yo Gotti chose to remain silent despite rumors that their feud had caused the incident. On November 17, 2021, Young passed away following a shooting in Memphis at the age of 36.
