Shanna Moakler is an American actress, model, and reality TV personality. Moreover, Shanna Moakler is a former winner of the Miss New York pageant and the first runner of Miss USA in 1995. She also starred and is famous for her work in The Wedding Singer, Seeing Other People, and Big Momma’s House 2. Shanna started as a model and eventually branched later as an actress.

Shanna Moakler was born on March 28, 1975, in Providence, Rhode Island, USA. Likewise, she is 48 years old. She was born to John W. Moakler and Gail Moakler. Her father was professionally a dentist. Shanna was the youngest of 4 children. She has two brothers named Kirk and John IV and her older sister Michelle died on November 9, 2012. As a child, she often visited her grandfather’s farm during weekends and holidays where she used to play and act like a tomboy.
Shanna has been roller-skating competitively for 12 years. She finished her high school at Barrington High School. After finishing high school she moved to Miami to pursue a modeling career. She often traveled places from places due to her career. She moved to New York and then to Los Angeles.

Professional Life
Shanna started modeling at the age of 15. Shanna represented Rhode Island in Miss Teen USA 1992 at the age of 17. She placed 7th overall in the competition. Shanna won Miss Teen All-American in 1993. She won Miss New York in 1995 And represented New York in Miss USA where she finished 1st runner-up.
She gained some recognition after a stint in a pageant competition. Soon She got offers from various publications including famous magazines like Cosmopolitan and Brentwood. Playboy signed her as their model and in December 2001, she became Playmate of the Month. She also posed nude for magazines and described her first experience of posing nude as scary.
Shanna started acting after starring in Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman and Due South in 1996. She appeared as a regular in the TV series Pacific Blue in 1998. Through the reality show Meet the Barkers, she met her ex-husband Travis Barker. She also did several films such as Telling You, Love Stinks, Critical Mass, and Pauly Shore is Dead. She also appeared in a cameo in The Wedding Singer.

Personal Life
Shanna is currently single. She and Billy Idol were in a relationship in 1997 but in October of 1997, it was said Shanna was dating professional boxer, Oscar De La Hoya. The couple moved together in 1998 and had a daughter named Atiana Cecilia De La Hoya a year later. The couple parted after Moakler saw Oscar taking another woman at the Latin Grammys while watching TV.
She filed for divorce and was charged with palimony suits claiming that Oscar was an alcoholic and abusive. Oscar and Moakler settled the case out of court but the amount was never disclosed to the public. Oscar also provided financial support for his daughter although he had little contact with his daughter.
In 2001, she was in a relationship with Dennis Quaid from February to October. After meeting Barker while the shooting of Punk’d, the couple married on October 30, 2004. The couple together has two children, one son Landon Asher Barker and a daughter named Alabama Luella Barker. Barker filed for divorce in 2006. Both Barker and Moakler accused each other of cheating.
They reconciled in 2007 but completely separated from each other in Feb of 2008. After the divorce, both Barker and Moakler agreed to co-parent their children. She was also in a relationship with Hells Biker Bryan Sollima from Feb 2014 to July 2019. The model was also in a relationship with former Playboy model Matthew Rondeau from 2019 to 2022.
