Priyanka Mohan made her Tamil debut in the 2021 comedy action movie Doctor, along with Sivakarthikeyan directed by Nelson Dilipkumar. In her second Tamil film Etharkkum Thunindhavan, she played the lead female role which was directed by Pandiraj and starred Suriya.
The movie became one of the highest-grossing Tamil films of 2022, grossing over ₹175 crores. In the 2022 Tamil movie Don, she played the lead along with Sivakarthikeyan. For her upcoming film, Captain Miller, she is currently working alongside actor Dhanush.
