On the 5th of April 1973, Pharrell Williams was born in Virginia Beach, Virginia, in the United States of America. According to his birth date, he is 50 years old and his birth name is Pharrell Lanscilo Williams.

Again, he composed the soundtrack for the animated sequel film, “Despicable Me 2” in 2013.

The song named “Happy” was written for the film, and was a huge hit. Moreover, the song reached the first position on the US Billboard Hot 100, and the song also won an Oscar nomination. The song was also the lead single of his second album “Girl.”

He also worked as a co-composer for the soundtrack of the hit superhero movie “The Amazing Spiderman 2.”Similarly, he served as a producer and composer for the 2016 popular biographical drama film “Hidden Figures.” The movie earned an Oscar nomination and was a huge hit.

Recent Works

Again, he worked as a composer of the third installment of the Despicable Me series, “Despicable Me 3.” The movie went on to be a blockbuster.
