Later, Maryanne told the jury about her gameplay at the Final Tribal Council, showing them the second immunity idol she had found and kept hidden from the rest of the tribe. She also explained her strategy for eliminating Zaheer at the Final Six.
Moreover, she claimed that no matter who won the final immunity challenge, everyone else left in the game would have taken her to the end. She was crowned Sole Survivor by a vote of 7-1-0 in the final vote.
