This was followed by the job of coordinator at the University of Cincinnati. There he worked for around 7 years. After leaving Cincinnati, he took a coaching position back at Indiana University Bloomington.
His career took toward the NFL, where he became a special team coordinator position with the Philadelphia Eagles. After having a good time with the Philadelphia Eagles, he later became head coach of the Baltimore Ravens in 2008. During his career, he has won many achievements like; Super Bowl Champion, AP NFL Coach of the Year, PFWA Coach of the Year, etc.
With an 11-5 record, a wild-card berth as the #5 seed, and their first postseason victory since the 2014 campaign against the Tennessee Titans, Harbaugh guided the Ravens to second place in the AFC North in 2020. Harbaugh extended his contract with the Ravens for three years on March 29, 2022, making it valid until the 2025 campaign.
