Jamie Kennedy was born in Upper Darby, Pennsylvania, the United States, on the 25th of May 1970. His full name is James Harvey Kennedy and he is a US citizen.

After completing his high school graduation, Jamie Kennedy began his career as a Hollywood extra and also worked on voice impersonations. When he initially arrived in Los Angeles, he worked as a Hollywood extra. He was unable to locate an agent after a few years of searching and ended up working as a host at Red Lobster.

He tried out for almost 80 commercials but only got one. Moreover, he subsequently got a job as a telemarketer and discovered he had a knack for selling stuff.

He played the role of Tim Avery in the 2005 comedy film “Son of the Mask” which got him a Golden Raspberry Award nomination for Worst Actor. Sources reported in April 2010 that Kennedy would very likely return to the Scream franchise to star in the fourth installment,

However, according to Scream screenwriter Kevin Williamson, no plans were ever made for him to rejoin the franchise, attributing the misinformation to Kennedy. However, he provided a voice cameo for Partygoer in the slasher film “Scream” (2022).

Jizzy Entertainment released “Unwashed: The Stand-Up Special” in 2006. “Heckler,” a documentary on the plight of stand-up performers and their often-aggressive crowds, was released by Kennedy in 2008. He appeared as a cannibal Satanist serial killer on “Criminal Minds” in 2007 and 2017.

“Buddy Hutchins,” a film in which Kennedy plays a down-and-out recovering alcoholic, was released in 2015. He played Frump in Colton Tran’s adventure mystery film “Gloom” in 2015, and Beach Patrolman Alex in Allegra Pictures’ horror picture “The Sand.”
