Frankie Valli was born on 3rd May 1934 as Francesco Stephen Castelluccio. He stepped into this world in Newark, New Jersey, United States.

During the early stages of his career, he did a range of acts. In 1951, he joined the Variety Trio, which included Nickie DeVito, Tommy DeVito, and Nick Macioci.

Valli maintained in touch with Tommy DeVito and Nick Macioci (later renamed Nick Massi), with whom he continued to play over the years until the Variety Trio split in late 1952.

Frankie Valli was the main vocalist of The Four Seasons, which formed in 1960 with Tommy DeVito, Nick Massi, and Bob Gaudio. The group’s debut album, ‘Sherry & 11 Others,’ was published in 1962.

The album included the No. 1 single ‘Sherry,’ as well as additional hits including ‘Big Girls Don’t Cry,’ ‘Walk Like a Man,’ ‘Candy Girl,’ and ‘Ain’t That a Shame.’ The record was a huge hit, and it began the careers of the band members.

Valli’s acting credits include Miami Vice, Full House, Witness to the Mob, The Sopranos, and the 2014 film And So It Goes. Valli played mystery lawyer Leonard Cassano in the Hawaii Five-0 episode “Ka Hana Malu (Inside Job)” on November 21, 2014.
