Donald Penn, an offensive tackle for the Oakland Raiders of the National Football League (NFL), is an American professional football player. Donald Ward Penn has previously starred for the Minnesota Vikings and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, among others.

He signed a six-year, $43 million deal on July 30, 2010. Penn was selected as an alternate to the 2011 Pro Bowl, replacing Green Bay Packers tackle Chad Clifton.
