He joined NXT under the name of Husky Harris as Cody Rhodes his WWE Pro on June 2, 2010. Bray debuted a new character, Bray Wyatt in April 2012. During WWE’s rebranded FCW into NXT, Bray Wyatt made his debut when he defeated Aiden English on July 11, 2012. Bray introduced his faction named “The Wyatt Family” with Luke Harper and Erick Rowan in November. During their run on NXT, The Wyatt Family works with several other wrestlers like Graves, Neville, William Regal, and many more. The Wyatt Family made their RAW debut when they assaulted Kane on the July 8 episode of RAW.
Later, The Wyatt Family began feuding with CM Punk and Daniel Bryan in late October. Moreover, The Wyatt Family feuded with wrestlers like John Cena, Sheamus, The Shield (Seth Rollin, Roman Reigns, and Dean Ambrose faction), Chris Jericho, and many more. Bray Wyatt faced The Undertaker for a match at WrestleMania 31 on March 29 which he lost.
Bray won his first major title at Elimination Chamber by defeating John Cena, AJ Styles, The Miz, Dean Ambrose, and Baron Corbin in an Elimination Chamber match and became the WWE Champion. The most notable gimmick for Bray Wyatt is the character of The Fiend and the introduction of Firefly Fun House. Bray’s new character The Fiend won the Universal Championship after defeating Seth Rollins at Crown Jewel.
However, Bray lost the title against WWE Hall of Famer Goldberg at Super ShowDown. Later, Bray again won the championship after he defeated Braun Strowman at SummerSlam. However, Bray lost the title against Roman Reigns at Payback. Later, Bray went on to feud with Randy Orton where his character Fiend’s body was set on fire in a Firefly Inferno match at TLC: Tables, Ladders & Chairs on December 20, 2020.
