Bobby Lee is a well-known American actor, stand-up comedian, and podcaster of Korean descent. Bobby Lee was a cast member on “MADtv” (2001-2009) and he co-starred in the ABC single-camera sitcom series, “Splitting Up Together.”

On the 17th of September 1971, Bobby Lee was born in San Diego, California, in the United States of America. It makes him 52 years old and holds American nationality. His birth name is Robert Young Lee Jr. and his zodiac sign is Virgo. While, he belongs to mixed ethnicity of  Korean-American descent, and practices Christianity religion.

Regarding his academic qualification, he studied at Painted Rock Elementary School, Twin Peaks Middle School, and Poway High School. At the age of 18 years old, he left his parent’s house and began working in a San Diego restaurant and coffee shop while enrolled at Palomar College. However, he dropped out his college, before completing his graduation.

Bobby Lee began his career as a stand-up comedian at a young age and quickly rose to fame. Within a year of doing stand-up comedy, he received offers to open for both Pauly Shore and Carlos Mencia.

Moreover, he worked regularly at The Comedy Store in Los Angeles, a comedy club owned by Pauly Shore’s mother Mitzi. He made his film debut in 1999 “The Underground Comedy Movie” playing the role of a Chinese Man. After two years, he appeared in the Australian television movie “Unreal TV.”

He was the main cast and provided the voice to the character Tim / Sumo for the adult animated comedy streaming television series “The Awesomes” (2013-2015). Moreover, he provided the voice of MC Ferret in the educational animated children’s television series “Nature Cat” (2015-2019).
